Hi, I'm Heather
I'm a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), registered yoga teacher (E-RTY 500), and certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)... and I'm passionate about making movement and exercise accessible to everyone – especially women. It's easy to workout! No driving. No travel time. I offer remote yoga and workouts tailored to your unique body via Zoom, YouTube, Facetime, Skype - whatever platform you like to use best - right in the comfort of your home. Heck, you can even workout in your pj's!

Equipment Provided
For local clients, I drop all the equipment you need off at your doorstep! It's yours to use while we work together. No guessing what you need or investing extra money. It's like the Doordash of exercise - whatever you need, I'll bring to you! And I'll upgrade your equipment as you get stronger.
