At S.H.E. Day: LA we had ideas for a simple activity you can do to take care of yourself. While we wish all of you could come to S.H.E Day: Phoenix, we do want all of you to have a relaxing Sunday! If you can't join us, then be sure to watch our Instagram live updates and try one of these ideas below.

Make a smoothie in your coconut bowl.

Now is your time to try that smoothie recipe you've been wanting to try! You can also try Bri's (from @beachlifeorganic) recipe for Coconut Chia Seed Pudding. I tried chia seed pudding for the first time yesterday, and it's delicious! I can guarantee you're going to like it. I don't even like coconut!

Perform a 15-minute yoga flow.

Check this one out by Heather!

Practice oil pulling and add 1 drop melaleuca oil for a healthy mouth.

Oil pulling is a fantastic form of oral health care. Have any of you tried it? Let us know in the comments!

Take a second to enjoy the moment and an organic cup of coffee.

We recommend Dean's Beans... but you can find a local organic coffee shop near you!

Take bath with 4-6 drops of lavender essential oils.

Lavender has been called the "Swiss Army knife of essential oils."

Take the time to do a 5-minute meditation, prayer, or centered breathing.

If you need some structure for this, download an app called Headspace (it's free!)

Rub 2 drops lavender with 1 tsp coconut oil on your feet for a relaxing night’s sleep.

Coconut oil, or any carrier oil, helps keep the essential oils on your skin longer.

Add 4-6 drops of SweetLeaf water drops to make a sparking water refresher.

SweetLeaf is an organic Stevia sweetener and tastes DELICIOUS... my favorite is the pink lemonade flavor.

Happy Sunday and happy self-care day!
