IN YOUR WORDS: 8 Ways to Winterize Your Dressember Dresses
During the first week of December, we ran a fun 12 Days of Christmas daily giveaway and you guys blew.us.away with your participation. We learned SO MUCH from YOU. Here's how Day 1 went...
We gave away this Liz Alig dress and asked you to comment with your best tips for "winterizing" dresses. If you're squeezing every last wear out of your dresses as Dressember winds down, they might be the extra boost you need for the home stretch! (If you're not sure what Dressember is, read this and this.) Without further ado, here's the fun winterizing advice from the SHE Community- that's YOU!
@ninarao7 I like adding textured sweater leggings and long sleeves under (or a cardigan over) my spring/summer dresses
@kkduran5 These days I'm loving thick tights and a cute pair of booties!
@Hairdressedbykristyn this would be super cute with grey knit tights and some brown boots! It's cold in Wisconsin so of course a pea coat and a scarf for dancing through the snow!
@summer.steeny Every year I winterize my dress collection: leggings, boots and a long sweater or cardigan. Works so well.
@skyflower_reiki Scarves, big cozy sweaters, layering shirts, leggings, skirts underneath & never forgetting your boots, hat&mittens :)
@heidieambrose Fleece leggings, leather jacket, slouchy beanie!
@rscngirls I would winterize a dress with a cute scarf, leggings, boots and a cardigan
@elizabethbricknell A little chambray and a puffy vest over the top!
Great tips, SHE Community! THANK YOU!
